I can log in but then I can't do anything else?

The VPN connection is established successfully, and when you log in you are assigned the right IP address (145.94.x.x). But if you are unable to do anything else, you may be using a Bridge Connection. You can check this by opening the Connections network (start -> Control Panel). If you see there is a Bridge Connection, you should break it.
