Post subject: monitor disk/folder usage

Hi, kinda a newbe here.
My question is, is there a way of monitoring the amount of data used (ie move, copy, open, save etc) that happens on a drive over 1week.

my company is considering moving to cloud storage and wants to calculate the est. cost if we move over to it.
