Hi Group!

I'd need a tool that can dump an ACL List into a file and is also able to
process a textfile to set new ACLs. My goal is that I have a default folder
in which I modify the permissions. If I need a new folder I will take the
following steps

- Dump the permissions of the default and subfolder to a file
- Replace the default user in this file with the real user
- Copy the default user folder and rename it.
- Replace the ACLs of the new folder via the input file

Someone an idea how to get this running?

best regards

andy

FileACL by Guillaume Bordier at
<http://www.gbordier.com/gbtools/fileacl.htm> might be able to do that.
