Please let me know what i can do to send e-mail messsages. My outlook
program does not recognize my current password for some reason so I can't
send e-mail with that program. Can i reset the whole thing? Please advise.

Sounds like you don't have problems with POP3? If current SMTP server
requires authentication and it doesn't work you can temporarily switch over
to any free SMTP server. Manage your account via web-mail interface. If you
would find this is SMTP-related problem then fix winsocks and reinstall
TCP/IP.
