Post subject: Down With WDS
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>server>update_services (more info?)
This is very disappointing. I have servers who still think the update is
approved. I've attempted some of the workarounds by other users on this
site, but I have been unsuccessful. I'm very disappointed in this release
not being able to be removed remotely - was that really necessary. How do we
start a petition or other method for notifying M$ that this will not stand?

I'm not seeing any problems here - once I disapproved the update, it disappeared
from the client as soon as I reran the detection.

Please run wuauclt /detectnow on one of the affected servers and post the
contents of WindowsUpdate.log from that point onwards.
