I am just wondering how well this normally works. Do users experience
downtime or other issues? I have Exchange 2000 and I am aware how to fix
this. I have read several MS documents reguarding suggested and often
missed upgrade options.

With Group Policies, passwords, and other items, how well does this upgrade
go?

I plan on upgrading the domain to Win2k3r2 without upgrading the Win2k
Servers. Then impliment a new Win2k3 DC and then demote my old Win2k DCs.

Any suggestions on this is always greatly appreicated.
Thank You
