It sounds like your previous configuration used the Linksys router to
provide NAT to share the Internet connection - but you are no longer using
this device?
If this is the case, then you will need to configure RRAS in Administrative
Tools to enable NAT sharing on the interface connected to your ADSL modem.
If you have not previously configured RRAS, a wizzard will walk you through
the process. You cannot use ICS, if you are running a DHCP Server.
