I was asked to set up routing on my company's network and
this is not my main job function. Any help would be
appreciated. Basically, this is what I have to work with:

30 External Addresses
3 Servers that each need to be statically routed to 3
external addresses
25 Internal computers, all with static IP addresses
(Currently external, but will be 192.168.1.X with NAT
sertup)
2003 Server new install with 1 External Ethernet Card and
1 Internal Ethernet Card.

How do I set it up properly to use the 30 addresses as a
NAT pool?

You should be able to do that. NAT will let you enter a pool of
addresses for the public interface. It also allows you to reserve some of
these and map them to internal IPs. In the RRAS console, right-click the
public interface and select Properties. Select the Address Pool tab. Enter
the range of public IP addresses you have been allocated. (You can just
enter the first address and the subnet mask).

Then click Reservations to reserve one of these addresses and add the
internal IP it will be associated with. Check the "Allow incoming .. " box
if you want it to be reachable from the Internet. Click Add if you have more
entries to add.

Make sure Netbios over TCP/IP is not enabled on the public interface,
and that it is not set to register itself in DNS.

It seems a waste to dedicate a server to do a job which a $200 router
could do!
