Is it possible to rename a computer group?

TIA

No (probably if you hack things, I advice against it).

You can delete the group, create the new one, update the clients (GPO or
registry) and they should re-populate the new group in time.

That's the easy part. Wink So, how do we copy or export / import the update
approvals from a computer group to another or new computer group?

For deleting server side groups the easier way seems to be;

Create the new group
Select all the computers in the old group
Move the selected computer to the new group
After everything is salvaged from the old group, delete the selected "old
group"

Client side targeting of course is different.
