Post subject: RemoteAccess service is Stop Pending

When users started to arrive this morning the network was not
accessibile. I tried to remotely connect but it failed. When I
arrived in the office the server looked fine but there was this error
in the logs:

RemoteAccess service is Stop Pending

There was no explaination as to why this happened. Any ideas where I
go to look? Neither internet nor e-mail would work on the server until
the service was restarted.

I do have the APC software installed. I will remove it immediately.
The agent, console and server are all installed. I also sent you all

The server locked up last night so removing APC did not do anything.
I'll resend the e-mails.

I keep sending you e-mail and never get replies. Can you e-mail me a
better address to send mail to you. My files were rejected by your
server so I zipped and resent twice now and also sent two brief e-mails
that were not bounced back from have received no reply from you.
