RRAS / Incoming Connection

I'm using Windows 2003 R2.

I stepped through the "Accept Incoming Connection" wizard (to accept
incoming dial-up calls to a modem on com1) but it doesn't seem to allow you
to set many options, such as MPPE encryption. I want encryption set to
'none'.

My alternative, which I don't like, is to install & configure RRAS - - which
is overkill. I can check the box for "none" on encryption in rras as well as
various chap options, etc....but I'd much rather use the simple "accept
incoming connection" item.
I want to keep it simple!

Is there some way I can still use the "incoming connection" wizard and still
set up options like encryption, chap, etc? Really, I'm looking to just turn
off required encryption.

I was looking in the registry under ras & ppp then at the "netsh"
command...and the local policies on the machine....but no answer yet.

I doubt it. The incoming connections goes back to Win98 so it is not
very sophisticated. I would never use it on a server.
