Hello, I'm having problems with just one user with the Palm Treo 650 and
ActiveSync. I'm testing the user with my phone, I did a hard reset then added
my account information in the activesync setup and then synced and it work
perfectly.
I then did another hard reset to clear everything entered in this other
user, who has the same permissions as me in active directory, i.e. RWW and
Mobile Users etc. and I get the following error;
There was a problem syncing messages. (0006)HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server
Error Date: Thu, 27 Oct 2005 13:18:10 GMT Server:Microsoft IIS/6.0.
Is there an IIS log that will tell me more?
I have reviewed the logs done side by side comparisons of my account to this
users account and everything is the same. I have reviewed hundreds of online
posts but there solutions are for systems that NO accounts work with my
system I have a user who's working...Suggestions?
We're running SBS 2003 SP1, Exchange SP1. >> Stay informed about: Palm Treo Activesync? |

Very strange ... something must be clobbered with the account profile in AD.
Any chance of completely deleting the user from SBS and recreating their
user account from scratch on SBS?

Hi brain,
my problem on my treo 650 is that it can not sync with my sbs2003 server.
The
problem is (0006) http/1.1 500 (the request was rejected by the http filter.
the
remote is working okay with owa and rww on remote desktop. but not when I
tried to get mail from my mobile phone treo 650. It can not sync the mail.
what was the wrong side setting on mhy server???
Your advice is highly appreciated.
