Post subject: Network Environment
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>server>networking (more info?)

Existing Server : 3 Window NT (service Pack 4)
One of it is main server when everyone will login in to named as
NTServer2,. Domain is named as "domain"

My co has purchased 2 Window Server 2003. And I have installed a server with
Window Server 2003 (reformat 1 NT server) which has same domain subnet as
before but it is also the Primary Domain Controller. This server named as
PES. Domain named as "mydomain"

But then users still login to NTServer2 due to "unfinished" configuration
done on PES. My question is - is that right if i login to "domain" but i am
still can see the server - PES ?

This "PES" server meant to be in domain - "mydomain" where shouldn't be seen
in "domain".

Please advice. Thanks.
