Netware 5 to Windows Server 2003 migration

I am looking for a little insight on a migration I am planning from
Netware to Windows Server 2003. I think my situation is a little
different then most though. Currently, we use netware only for serving
files and printing, I already have a Windows 2000 domain with usernames
corresponding to the usernames setup in Netware. We use the Windows
domain for Exchange email and SQL servers and such.

My question is, is there a way I can migrate all the files while
preserving the rights and permissions from Netware to windows without
migrating all the user accounts over from Netware?

Also, I didn't seem to see much documentation about moving the printing
over to Windows, is there some document someone can suggest?
