Post subject: Moving from a sbs2000 domain to a new 2003 forest

I have been working toward migrating from small business server 2000 to a new windows 2003 forest. I have been researching ADMT and have not had any luck getting it to work. I finally figured out that SBS2000 can not trust the 2003 server domain. This action is a "feature" in sbs products. This is a problem, cuz I was really looking forward to using admt.exe

So, I have decided to build a new forest. I have already recreated or moved everything over to the new forest, except for the the exchange mailboxes. I am going to use exmerge to move them over and assoicate them to the new users. My bigest problem now is to find a tool that is better than "file and settings transfer wizard". I have 19 user profiles to move over, and only 1 weekend to make everything work.

Question 1 - Am I correct in sbs2000 and 2003 server not being allowed to trust, therefore - making ADMT versions 2 and 3 useless?

Question 2 - Does anyone know of a 3rd party product that will collect the domain user profiles on the user's machines, allow me to save them on the network, and allow me to copy them back to the new logons?

Thanks everyone
