Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>server>migration (more info?)

WE migrated to Exchange 2003 but we are having some issues with our Outlook
Clients on several computers. We have Outlook 2003.

Problem: A pop-up box appears and says that outlook has occured a problem
and will need to close. It will keep going in a loop. Then it state sthat
if you would like to go into safe mode. You click yes need it comes back up
with the pop-up box. then it does a detect and repair. It goes through the
process and it seems that it has taken care of the problem then you click on
your inbox or any other follder the pop-up box appears again.

Do you think it is on the client pc that there need to be something wrong or
on the server?
Any help would be appreciated. thanks

check if owa works. https://servername/exchange

if that works then its not a server issue

re create your outlook profile from scratch. that might sort it out.
Control panel > mail > profiles. delete it and re create.

Cheers,

Andrew
