Post subject: Migration from w2k server to new w2003 server...
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>server>setup (more info?)

I have an existing w2k domain. I have received a new computer with w2003
server. I want to replace the existing w2k server/DC with the w2003 server as
the new DC. I have about 40 users in 2 main groups, 1 server and about 30
PCs. The W2K server will be removed from service after migration.

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

If there is a "Simple" document that more or less matches my situation, I
would be happy to read and use it.
