Post subject: Migrating file server
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>server>migration (more info?)

I have NT domain controller and a Windows 2000 member server which is a file
server with 200+ folders. I want to migrate to 2003 Active directory and
attach it to the root domain controller in my HO as a child. Also move the
2000 Server to ADS. Will the access rights to the folder be preserved after
the migration.
