Have them add the Public Folder to their Public Folder Favorites. Then they
can go into the Outlook send/receive settings, and it'll appear on the list
to be available offline.
Also, in Cached Exchange Mode, you can go into E-Mail Accounts -> View or
change -> MS Exchange Server -> Change -> More Settings -> Advanced.
There's an option to cache public folders.
I set up the sync and enable the option to sync when exiting Outlook. That
way, I know that as long as the user shuts down Outlook normally, everything
will be in the OST (available offline). Also, I'd teach the users to verify
that they have access to everything they need before leaving the office.
You don't want to get to the remote location and find out you're missing
something.
