I have a question or two regarding User Profile migration. We are about to
upgrade/migrate from a NT4.0 child domain into a 2003 AD domain, but we want
to keep User SID history so the users can still get into their local
profiles. I know the ADMT will work so long as the workstation has not been
migrated before the user account, but will fail if the workstation is
migrated first. Is there another tool or way, besides visiting each PC and
manually copying the former profile into the newly created one? Thank you for
your help.

Yes, you can use the ADMT to do a "Security Translation" this will replace
the users old sid with the new one and they can then logon to their old
profile.
