We are attempting to do a new installation (ie NOT a dual
operating system install)of Windows enterprise server 2003
onto a computer already loaded with windows XP. The
question is how do I get rid of the XP components. Is
there a boot disk available?

Lance,

Just boot from the Windows Server 2003 CD ROM.
You can remove partitions and reformat as part of the setup.
