I have a domain with two domain controllers that I need to change the name of
the domain. I need suggestions on the most effective way to do this. Both are
2003 boxes and one has 2003 Exchange. I also have 150 XP Pro SP2 users that I
need to move to the new domain. Any suggestions on microsoft or thrid party
tools that would be the easiest and most effeicient way would be helpful.

Thanks,
Nick

Domain renames are not supported with DC's also running Exchange. You'd need
to change that or use a different approach such as an interforest migration.
