I have a 1TB NAS device, I have my server configured to automaticaly back up
at the end of each night. I would like to setup the server to create new
backup files each night so that at the end of the week I would have seven
different backups from each day of the week.

I would also like to only store one months worth of backups, s I would like
to program the server to delete backups older than one month old.

Any ideas on how to automate this process so that it does not have to be
done manually?

Hello Scott,

If you follow the Backup wizard and choose at the end the advanced options
you can configure it with types and schedule it for your needs. Also the
included help and support has a good documentation how to use the backup
from 2003.

Best regards

Hi Scott,
You know that backing up your computer helps protect you from losing valuable data. Regular backups can make a huge difference if something happens to your computer. This could be anything from overwriting a needed file to a corrupt hard drive - or even a house fire. These situations are unexpected and can never be planned for. However, regular backups will make you prepared for them.
Thanks.
