Post subject: DHCP Authorized Server Keeps Changing

After searching for virus/spyware, because the WAN connection was running very, very slowly, but I didn't find anything. I replaced the WAN adapter, which resolved the slow connection. However, DHCP keep changing the Authorized Server from the LAN connection (192.168.1.1) to WAN connection (192.168.0.1) and DHDP Service stops. The Event Log shows Event IDs 1053 & 1054, because of a conflict with 192.168.0.254 (DSL Modem). I've uninstalled and reinstall the DHCP server. I've deleted the incorrect Authorized Server (192.168.0.1) and added the correct Authorized Server (192.168.1.1). I've deleted and added scopes. However, DHCP keeps changing from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1. This happens at random or whenever the server is rebooted. Any and all help will be appreciated!!!

Many Thanks,
Rex
