Companyweb gone!

OK... I followed instructions on the MS KB to backup and restore companyweb
via 'stsadm' as we are moving from an old SBS 2003 box to a new install on a
new machine. I thought I could at least save the Intranet since the client
didn't give us ample time to do a full migration (his money and time).

The problem is, once I did the restore, the company web is now gone and I
get this URL:
https://70.107.230.138:444/_layouts/1033/error.aspx?ErrorText=Cannot+c...lete+th

And what I see on the webpage is this:

Cannot complete this action. Please try again.

Is there a way to reinstall companyweb???
