Post subject: Clients unable to connect to wsus for updates
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>server>update_services (more info?)

clients not updating since may 07 event viewer error: Unable to connect:
windows is unable to connect to the automatic updates service and therefore
cannot download and install updates according to the set schedule. windows
will continue to try to establish a connection. we use a computer policy in
active directory that directs the pc's to our wsus server for updates. Any
suggestions? thanks.

Check this site of Microsoft where includes several diagnostic tools for
WSUS, including client and server side diagnostic.
