Post subject: Some Question about ADSL Conection

I have some question about my ADSL system.
It have a proxy server on it's DNS server and I can't go some sites how
can I pypass it and use some tunneling program for free?
And I'me using some torrents program sharing how can I set my ADSL
system to have best prformance and speed for it ?
Can U plz help me to solve those problems ?
